Official Quartet Registration and Area Contest Entry Form

As of January 2003, quartet registration and Area contest entry is combined on one form, the Official Quartet Registration and Area Contest Entry FormIf you intend to participate at Area Contest you will need to be a registered Harmony, Inc. quartet prior to your respective Area Contest.

As instructed on the Official Quartet Registration & Area Contest Entry Form, the total amount due for quartet registration and Area Contest Entry is $35 US Funds (or the Canadian equivalent).  As noted on the second page of the form, payment should be forwarded to the Corporate Office, made payable to Harmony, Inc.  Should you require additional space for quartet contest history, please feel free to send a separate page for this information.

Upon receipt of your Official Quartet Registration & Area Contest Entry Form at the Corporate Office, an e-mail message will be sent to the quartet contact acknowledging  verification of membership of quartet members and receipt of the form and Area Contest Entry.

Quartets participating at Area Contests and qualifying for International Contest, will receive International Contest Entry Forms from your respective Area Contest & Judging Chairman.  Quartets participating at International Contest will be required to prepare 4 songs (2 for the semi-final contest and 2 more for the final contest).

The International Board of Directors approved the proposal that quartets can have an alternative manner in which they may qualify for International Competition.  If, in the case of an unavoidable event, your quartet is unable to compete at your AC&C, you may contact Jacquie Jensen, ICJC,   to inquire about qualifying in an Area other than your own.  This must be done as soon as possible.
