Flashback has been singing together for approximately five years, and are frequent entertainers at local concerts, variety shows, private parties, weddings, and church services. They have also performed the Canadian and American National Anthems at local sporting events.
In December, 2007, they were featured performers on CBC Television’s “News Morning”, a program originating in Toronto and televised live across Canada.
In addition to many local performances, Flashback regularly participates in the Area 1 Quartet Competition. When time (and the bank account!) permits, they also compete at the International level. In 2006, they competed on the International stage in Jacksonville, Florida.
Flashback’s musical repertoire includes music from the 1940’s, great “doo-wop” music from the 1950’s, some tunes from the 1960’s, along with blues, gospel, and seasonal (Christmas) music.
